In 2021, he served as a Marine Field Officer, where he collected coastal data and supported mangrove conservation initiatives. In 2022, he worked as an Agricultural Technician, leading high-profile organizational campaigns focused on solving field and laboratory challenges. Through his work addressing these environmental and agricultural challenges, Osei Bamfo founded Ocean Bumi, an NGO focused on developing solutions for both aquatic ecosystems and terrestrial environments. Osei Bamfo has a proven track record in scaling and managing complex projects globally.
